When I discovered that RBC Kits were planning a float kit for park flyers, I knew this would be perfect for the SkyBug. I just had to make my first attempt on flying off water. With all that available extra power, flying with floats is easy and does not change the flying characteristics. It is also controllable on water (if the wind is not too strong, in that case someone else seems to be taking over the rudder…). When just flying around with floats, you do not need much extra power and the SkyBug is very stable, the lowered CG may be the reason for this.
