The fuselage is built up with balsa and foam. Everything behind the wing is cut from pink foam and the rest is built up with balsa and formers. The fuselage is glassed with two layers of 25g/dm2 fiberglass and epoxy.
The fin and stab is removable for easier transportation.

The wing is built-up and the wing spar is made from balsa covered with carbon fiber (very light and strong). The wingtips with ailerons and tip floats are removable.
For the middle section of the wing I use an Eppler207-17 (E207 modified to 17% thickness).
From the last motor to the wingtip the airfoil is changed to a E205-13 (E205 modified to 13% thickness).
